In Studio with UCKG TV

The Universal Church of the Kingdom of God in South Africa started TV broadcasts in the year 2000. The aim was to reach a wider audience with messages of faith and testimonies. The Church remains active in door-to-door evangelism, but TV broadcasts reach many more people in prisons, hospitals and homes countrywide.

Bishop Marcelo Pires, host of the TV segment, prays with Bishop Sipho over glasses of water

Watch UCKG on TV on these channels at the following times:

  • SABC 1 – Monday to Friday mornings from 05:50 to 06:00,
  • CTV – On Sundays from 7am-8am.

It is recommended that viewers of the Worker’s Prayer programmes have a glass of water at hand to participate in the prayers. Start every day with a prayer by tuning your TV to the UCKG’s broadcasts.
